hi, please I have an acer e1-571 laptop and anytime I plug in a usb device it wont install. checking the device manager I find this other devices menu with unknown device underneath. checking the properties on hardware id I see this:

HID\VEN_1025&DEV_0759&Col06
HID\10250759&Col06
HID\*10250759&Col06
HID_DEVICE_UP:007B_U:0001
HID_DEVICE

please how can I resolve this. thanks
